How much do you know about breast cancer?
How regularly do you check your breasts?
How confident are you that your breasts are healthy?
In the past few years I have encountered several women who managed to detect breast cancer through their own self-exams. I am embarrassed to say that despite this, I have not been as vigilant as I should be about my own self-exams. I don’t have a good reason for it, perhaps because its not a daily routine kind of thing.
I want to change that now. And I want to change it for as many women as I can.

On Saturday 20th of October I will be hosting an event to share information on breast cancer.
How You Can Get Involved
Do you know anyone who lives in Chipinge? Let them know about the event.
If you are feeling inspired, why not host your own event? It doesn't have to be anything big or expensive. Just a few women, a bit of information, and you are good to go.
I will be posting some useful links and resources as the month proceeds.
Get in touch and let me know what you have in mind.
